	Bed & Breakfast Often referred to as a B&B, is a lodging typically operated out of a large single family residence where guests can be accommodated at night in private bedrooms (which may be equipped with private baths) and where breakfast, often a full, "American-style breakfast" (eggs, meat, cold cuts, cheese) or "Continental breakfast" (coffee, juice, bread) is served in the morning.
	Budget Hotel Category These are Hotels, Inns and Motels with the basic amenities but very little more. The rooms tend to be small and the type of bedding is normally either one Queen bed (sometimes is only a double bed) or 2 single beds. Some of them don't have a refrigerator and /or a safety deposit box in the room. Hotel chains included: Sandman Inn, Travelodge, Quality Inn
	Superior Hotel Category This is the typical Hotel for the traveler that doesn't want to pay for luxury, extra service, beautiful spacious lobbies or room service availability but still wants to have a fairly decent, clean and safe place to stay. This is the most popular hotel category with the largest selection. Besides the basic amenities they may feature Jacuzzis, Sauna, Breakfast. 	First Class Hotel Category A dependable very comfortable upscale Hotel, Lodge or Resort with a variety of amenities such as pools, restaurants, hot tubs, in-house services and comfortable public areas. Large rooms with private bath and many other amenities. Hotel chains included: Delta, Sheraton and Marriott Hotels
	Deluxe Hotel Category In addition to the First Class amenities most hotels are providing: Spacious ground floor lobbies, room service, concierge, valet parking, dry cleaning, bar, restaurant, fitness or health club, business center, jacuzzis, sauna, spa service. Each hotel must have a degree of sophistication and a sense of "Grandeur". Service alone does not make it qualify as a 4 or 5 Stars, it must "feel" 5 Stars. 	Country Inn / Auberge Mainly located in prime countryside areas. Public - and guest rooms are decorated with antique and/or country style furniture. An open fireplace and garden are standard features. Because of their remote locations some Inns may lack modern amenities such as internet access or tv. Most Inns are offering a dining area reflecting the ambience of inn. At a minimum, breakfast and dinner are served.
	Lodge / Resort Primarily a full service establishment in scenic outdoor activity locations. Facilities may include: restaurant, bar, front desk check-in, larger lobby and pool/hot tub/exercise room complex, on-site activity desk, guided tours etc. Modern suites or rooms are providing 'hotel-style' lodging with standard or upscaled amenities.
