8 Transfers
Transfer is available from any Airport or Airport Hotels between 1pm - 4pm.
Please call in the morning of pick up to arrange the transfer time.
8 Hours of Operation *
We are open from May 1 - September 30, 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Saturday
and October 1 - April 30, 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Saturday*
8 Pick up / Dropf Off Times *
The RV can be picked up from 1 PM - 4 PM and dropped off from 8 AM - 10 AM.
Lastest drop off is at 10 AM. Afterwards a late fee charge of $75.00 per hour will apply.
* Sunday pick-up/drop-offs are available on request at a cost of $375.00 each time
8 Early Return / Unused Kilometers
No refund is given for early return or unused kilometers.
8 Pets / Smoking
Smoking inside the vehicle and pets are prohibited
8 Minimum Age / Driver License
The minimum age to rent a motorhome is 21 years. The driver must possess a driver's license valid for the entire rental period. A fee of $5.00 per night is charged for each additional driver. Clients who drive their vehicle into the US will be charge an additional $10.00 per night.
8 Travel Restrictions
Vehicles are not permitted to enter Mexico at any time. Travel to Death Valley is limited to the low season (01 October through 30 April) due to extremely high temperatures which can cause system failures. Guests assume all responsibility for any expense or loss of time while traveling in restricted areas.
8 Northern Surcharge
There is a surcharge of $500 for rentals starting from Toronto, Montreal or Halifax with permission to travel to Nunavut, Newfoundland and Quebec & Labrador north and east of Sept-Iles. Northern travel must be requested at time of reservation. The insurance coverage is void for clients who travel to this restricted areas without permission. A fee penalty will apply.
8 Cost for Preparation
The Preparation Fee is a one time fee of $60.00 per vehicle. The fee includes the transfer, first supply of propane and toilet chemicals.
8 Cost for Convenience Kits
Convenience Kits is a one time fee of $65.00 per person. This includes dishes, cookware, pillows, linen, towels, sleeping bags and cleaning equipment.
8 Cost for one-way Rentals
We offer one way rentals between Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, St. John's and to the West Coast. Please contact us for availability. A one time fee of $550.00 - $750.00 applies.
8 Substitutions
We are reserving the right to substitute a vehicle equivalent or larger at no extra cost. In some instances it may be necessary to downgrade a vehicle. Refunds for downgrades are limited to the price difference between the original booked unit and the one available. Although this is infrequent, accidents or mechanical repairs may force substitutions.
8 Sales Tax
All Sales Taxes are already included in the daily rates.
8 Kilometer Packages
Individual or additional kilometers - $0.29
500 Km Packages are available for $120.00 each
8 Insurance Coverage
All vehicles are insured with $1,000,000 public liability and property damage. The units carry a $3000.00 deductible for collision and comprehension. Our insurance does not cover liability for loss of personal property, nor does it cover cost for accommodation, transportation or replacement of vehicle, if the vehicle is stolen or should an accident occur that makes the rented vehicle inoperable. Additional insurance to lower the deductible to $500.00 is available for $20.00 per day.
Guests also have coverage in the event of a mechanical breakdown that requires more than 48 hours for repairs of the vehicle to be completed. The radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances and cruise control are not considered to be mechanical breakdowns. Receipted expenses of $45.00 per person per night for lodging and $45.00 per group per day for transportation are provided. A limit of $3000.00 per vehicle per group applies.
This plan is not valid in the case of an accident, or stolen vehicle.
The customer is responsible for the following maximum charges:
Public Liability & Property Insurance: $1.000.000
1) Two vehicle accident on a public road, fire, theft or vandalism - with police and accident report: $500.00 ($1000.00 for drivers 21-24 yrs old)
2) Windshield / Glass: $250.00
3) Off Road, including Campsites, Parking lots, Driveways etc.: $500.00
4) Roof Damage $500.00
5) Undercarriage Damage, Tires: all cost
6) Interior Damage$500.00
7) Collision with Animals: $500.00
There is no insurance coverage and guest will be responsible for all damages if the vehicle is driven to an unauthorized area without approval. There is a $900.00 penalty for unauthorized driving in these areas. In addition, note that parking of your vehicle is prohibited in the greater metropolitan area of Montreal and Ottawa; this includes all pay parking lots, hotel parking lots, side streets, malls, etc. In these areas, park your vehicle at a campsite and use public transportation, taxi, etc.
1) Thefts in Montreal/Ottawa: $5000.00
2) Damages and accidents while driving in unauthorized areas: All costs
3) Damage and accidents caused while the vehicle is driven by unauthorized driver or under the influence of drugs/alcohol: All cost
4) Willful damage: All costs
5) Damage incurred during illegal acts: All costs
6) Damages and accidents caused while vehicle driven by an unauthorized driver not listed on the rental contract: All costs
7) Damages and accident caused while vehicle is driven in the USA without prior authorization: All costs
8) Damages incurred during illegal act: All costs
